It has come to our attention that a band from Tallahassee, FLA has been going by the name Soft Targets. This is ridiculous, of course. As everyone in the Chicago music scene knows, and especially in the local music press, there is only one Soft Targets and that's the band from the great state of Illinois; Chicago's Soft Targets.

It has also come to our attention that this so called Soft Targets (Soft Targets FLA, we'll call them) is playing a show at Quenchers Saloon in our fair city on Friday, September 12. This is an outrage. Consequently RoosterCow Records was compelled to schedule a show for the REAL Soft Targets for the very same night across the street at the Mutiny. Same night, same time, same name but only one REAL Soft Targets will be playing! Please come out and support the REAL Soft Targets. (Which would be the one from Chicago that's playing at the Mutiny and not at Quenchers, hopefully that point was made.)
